Easter @ St. Paul's UMC: Prayers

Joys:

+Belinda Alkula gives thanks that we are blessed this morning to share our Easter worship with our friends from the Boulder Beautiful Korean Church.

+Claudia Mills gives thanks for the wedding of Jessica Bishop and Jakeb Sawyer this afternoon in Berthoud. 

+Pastor Charles is thankful for the opportunity to exhibit a small painting in an upcoming exhibit at R Gallery downtown. 

+Angela Baker gives thanks for the successful medical procedure for her son, Charles.  

+Pastor Dawoon's celebrates his wife's birthday today.

+We give thanks for this week's birthdays: Gerald Browning and Larry Esposito.

+We are blessed by those who served this week: Belinda Alkula (videographer), Angela Baker (flowers), Steve Bainbridge (greeter), Tim Cook (adult class), Lorie   Courier (piano), Rev. Dawoon Jung (liturgist), Etta Levitt (Zoom usher), Kathy Lloyd (Zoom host), Eric Miranda (soprano sax), Hyeji Park (piano), Sela Park & the Beautiful Children's Ensemble (Easter medley), Suzanne Polacek (piano), Ron Revier (choir), and the Fellowship Team (fellowship).

Concerns:

+Jay Lindley (a former member of St. Paul's family) would like prayers for his wife. Jay requests prayers for strength, wisdom and guidance for both of them as they deal with this crisis in their lives.  

+Angela Baker asks for prayers for an upcoming surgery.

+Prayers are asked Amy A. who is recovering from a health issue at home.

+We lift up in our prayers all those who are traveling or absent from worship this morning.

+We join with many across our nation in mourning the deaths of the 153 killed and 331 injured due to gun violence last week.
