April 19 @ St. Paul's UMC: Prayers

Joys:
+Wednesday's Zoom coffee/tea gathering attracted ten folk.
+Marcy R. is enjoying her time in Alaska with her family.
+Our third time "together" online.
+Thanks to Rebecca G.'s offering of online yoga to our community.
+Molly N.'s friend, Debbie, is recovering from Covid-19.

+St. Paul's donated several hundred pounds of food from our pantry to EFFA on Friday in response to an appeal from that organization.
+Pastor Charles rescued a baby bunny this morning who had fallen into a window well at the parsonage. We've named it, "Greg the baby bunny.

Concerns: 

+Those who cause risk to others during this crisis.
+Joan C. asks prayers for Ben H. who is a police officer working long shifts and responding to calls where "social distancing" isn't always possible.
+Joan C. asks prayers for Jack H. who is working in a nursing home and in close contact with patients.
+Martha B. asks prayers for her friend, Jess, who is facing a time of grief and a time of employment uncertainty.
+Pastor Charles has a friend who is experiencing job loss due to Covid-19.
+Dave B. asks prayers for his mother-in-law who has serious health issues.
+Steve M. asks prayers for his friend, Scott, who is going to the Mayo Clinic for surgery.
+Prayers are asked for the Navaho Nation facing a large outbreak of the pandemic.
+Prayers are asked for the people of Rush (CO) Community UMC who are having their final worship service today. Due to Covid-19, it is being done without their being together.
