September 6 @ St. Paul's UMC: Prayers

Joys:
+For those whose labor has provided us with so much.
+Johanna lifts up the memory of her mother, Dot, who died three years ago today.
+Steve M.'s aunt turns 100 this week.
+Don L. had a great visit with newest great-granddaughter!
+Louise C. reports the blessings of improving health of her sister in Illinois.
+Joey V. is blessed with Kelly J.'s 
+Sally & Harry O.'s granddaughter, Parker, is nine this week. Their son also has a birthday this week.

Concerns:
+Those who are dealing with the impact of the pandemic including those facing health concerns, economic anxiety, or other disruptions of life. 
+Lifting up in prayers those affected by the pervasive nature of racism in our society.
+Amy A. asks prayers for her nephew, Kevin, who is approaching the end of life.
+Dennis H. asks prayers for the fires near Hanna, Wyoming.
+Lorie C. asks continued prayers for teachers, staff, parents, and students.
+Prayers for the family of the Rev. Gilbert H. Caldwell. Caldwell was a prominent figure in the civil rights movement, walking alongside the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.                  
+Please keep the Rev. Pat Johnson in your prayers who has health concerns.
+Please pray for the Rev. Tom Janoski, who was diagnosed with COVID-19. Janoski is a retired elder in the Mountain Sky Conference.
