+Amy Abshire celebrates becoming a mother-in-law last Sunday.

+Pastor Charles lifts up all of the churches and pastors starting new relationships this Sunday.

+Belinda Alkula gives thanks for the wonderful Women Summer Book Club.

+We celebrate this week's birthdays: Marcia Roberts

+We give thanks for those participating in today's worship: Belinda Alkula (video), Angela Baker (communion), Louise Cook (piano), Austin Cooper (usher), Etta Levitt (Zoom usher), Kathy Lloyd (Zoom host), and Claudia Mills (liturgist).

Concerns:

+Joan and Austin Cooper would like our prayers for their friends, John and Barb R. Their son, Steven, died last week, he was 46. Please pray for strength and courage for them as they deal with this tragedy and that they will be able to find peace. 

+Sandi Cook would like prayers for Billy and for her mother, Mildred. They both have Covid.

+We lift of Christopher W. who was involved in an vehicle accident on Friday.

+Sandra Jordan asks for prayers of support, endurance, and strength for Jim J. and for her friend, Paul, who is enduring continued chemo treatments for his cancer. 

+Sandra also ask for prayers for her friend, Michelle, who was badly injured in a climbing accident in Eldorado Canyon - strength to recover and comfort for her boyfriend, Dan, as he cares for her.

+We remember this day the fifty-one migrants who died in the back of a tractor-trailer in San Antonio, Texas last Monday.

+We join with many in our nation in mourning the 257 killed and 554 injured in gun violence this last week.
