October 10 @ St. Paul's UMC: Prayers


Joys:

+We give thanks for the life of Wally Cleaveland who we celebrated yesterday.                +We give thanks for the life of Dotty Lindley who we will remember tomorrow.               +Abby L.' mom, Gina, is visiting with us today.                                                                      + Pat, Stephanie, and Stacy are thankful for the love and support shown at Wally's memorial. 
+Belinda A. gives thanks for the successful, wonderful Zoom gathering this weekend of the Mountain Sky Conference UMW.                                                                             
+Belinda A.'s friend, Nancy, is feeling better.
+We give thanks for this week's birthday: Etta Levitt                                             +We give thanks this morning for the music of Lorie Courier (piano) and Ron Revier (choir). We also give thanks for Amy Abshire (liturgist), Belinda Alkula (video/Zoom), Jessica Bishop (nursery), Pat Cleaveland (flowers), Austin Cooper (usher), Ron Revier (choir), and Christopher Wahl (sound board).

Concerns:_

+Skippy R. shares that she has a cancer diagnosis.                                                 +Don B. asks for prayers as he awaits a Covid test.                                                        +Pastor Scott would like prayers for Rollie L., Vicki's father, who is in the ICU in Montana.  +Please pray for a new PATH Fund client. She and her four kids were recently abandoned by the kids' father, which has caused various problems for them. The PATH Fund is helping to pay their rent this month.                                                                                                  +Tim C. lifts up in prayers Mary Ann, and her daughter — and his friend — Linda. Mar   +Joan & Austin C. lift up Dian who continues to have health concerns.                                  +We continue to pray for those impacted by the pandemic. +We join with people across the USA in mourning the deaths of 271 people due to gun violence last week.
