Joys:

+  Rebecca Glancy lifts up Ben who is taking finals this week at college.

+  A wonderful time was had at Friday's Sew What gathering at the church. Michele Matthews was the hostess.

+  Sandy Bainbridge expects to be home from rehab this week!

+ We celebrate this week's birthday: Joan Cooper

+ We are blessed by those who served this week: Amy Abshire (liturgist), Steve Bainbridge (greeter), Joan & Austin Cooper (flowers), Etta Levitt (Zoom usher), Kathy Lloyd (Zoom host), Bob Muckle (liturgist), Myrle Myers (fellowship), Heyji Park (piano), and Suzanne Polacek (bells).

Concerns:

+   Steve & Martha Batch are asking for prayers for baby Brooklyn, the 7 month old niece of Steve’s hospital director Kelsey. Brooklyn was diagnosed last week with a neuroblastoma and has already begun aggressive treatment at Denver’s Children’s Hospital.

+   Carol Carbon asks for prayers for Neal following his surgery last week.

+   Amy Abshire asks for travel as she goes to Tuscon this week.

+   Dave Bishop asks for prayers for Lance as he does his training as an EMT.

+   Belinda Alkula lifts up her sister-in-law, Carrie, who is in Houston today with her siblings to say goodbye to their mother who is in hospice care.

+   Angela Baker asks for prayers for George as he continues his treatments.

+   Pastor Charles lifted up Steve & Sandi Cook after their car issues this morning.

+   Our prayers continue to rise for the people of Gaza and the innocents that are suffering in the continuing conflict.

+   We join with justice-loving people in remembering the death of Aleksei Navalny (47), the most prominent critic of Vladimir Putin, who died in prison last week.
