November 15 @ St. Paul's UMC: Announcements


+In keeping with current City/County of Boulder, State of Colorado, and Mountain Sky Conference guidance, in-person worship at St. Paul's UMC is cancelled until further notice.

+You are invited to join us each Wednesday morning @ 10:00 am, for a virtual coffee/tea informal gathering via Zoom. Join our gathering at this link.

+Blessed are the Poor is a webinar series designed to help church leaders engage the people in their communities and reflect on the different ways in which people experience poverty. Next session in on Tuesday @ 9:00 am. Register at this link.

The General Board of Church & Society hosts a series of webinars (Nov. 30- Dec. 3), Toward Educational Equity: Investing in the Beloved Community that will encourage and empower participants to be agents of change in their communities. +Advent Curbside Kickoff Event is NEXT WEEK, November 23 & 24, from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Bring your donations for the Mitten Tree collection (see details below) and EFAA food bank. Pick up your 2020 Advent devotional, gift bag from the Alkula's, and a plate of cookies. Drive up to the double doors and park at the curb. You can remain in your car.

+For this year's "Mitten Tree" collection for the homeless, please donate warm hats, heavy gloves/mittens, wool socks, and $5 gift cards to Safeway, McDonalds, Starbucks, Target or anyplace to buy lunch, a cup of coffee, or an essential item. Please limit value of gift cards to $5 each so everyone at the homeless shelter receives the same amount.
