Three years ago, the BOM met in Casper, Wyoming and there was a blizzard with 36" of snow. Two years ago, he arrived in Cheyenne for BOM on a Monday with no idea that the world would shut down by Friday of that week. Last year, the BOM met via Zoom. So, if there is no drama this week, Pastor Charles will be thrilled!!!
