Joys:

+Pastor Charles gives thanks for his mother, Jean, who celebrates her 90th birthday this week.

+We celebrate Diane McKnight's being awarded the Robert Horton Medal by the American Geophysical Union.

+We give thanks for the donations being shared with the Islamic Center of Boulder for the Afghan refugees coming to our area.

+Doris S. gives thanks for the many cards following her hospital stay.

+Claudia M. celebrates her sister, Cheryl's passing the bar at age 65!

+We celebrated Frank & Katherine R. being with us from Iowa today.

+We give thanks for this week's birthday: Jesse Muckle and Pat Muckle.

+We give thanks this morning for the music of Louise Cook (piano), Lorie Courier (piano with Ron C.), and Ron Revier (choir). We also give thanks for Belinda Alkula (video/Zoom), Martha Batch (counter), Jessica Bishop (nursery), Ben Glancy (liturgist), Etta Levitt (Zoom usher), Molly Nunnery (counter), Skippy Rollins (flowers), Jim Vander Vorste (usher), and Christopher Wahl (sound board).

Concerns:

+Pastor Charles asks for prayers for his brother, Joe, who has come down with a second case of Covid-19.

+We remember Marion Baker in our prayers (wife of the Rev. Monte Baker) who passed on September 9. The Bakers were at St. Paul's UMC from 1994-1999. Rev. Baker can be contacted at montejbaker@yahoo.com.

+Dave B. asks for prayer for his cousin, Tim, following the death of Tim's wife.

+Abby L. asks for prayers for her mom's co-worker who recently died.

+Claudia M. lifts up her closest friend, Rachel, who is facing cancer treatments.

+Kathy L. asks for prayers for her friend's son-in-law who is having health concerns.
