Joys:

+Amy A. gives thanks for Marty P.'s successful finishing his "Pain in the canal" challenge running/walking/biking the length of the Erie Canal.

+Louise C. gives thanks for her sister and niece's visit and lifts them up as they return home to Illinois.

+Diane M. & Larry E. give thanks for being able to hear Wilson Luellen play base last night at Caffe Sole.

+We give thanks for this week's birthday: Ella B., Matt C., Abby L. & Vince W.

+We give thanks this morning for the music of Louise Cook (piano). We also give thanks for Amy Abshire (liturgist), Belinda Alkula (video/Zoom),Tim Cook (adult class), Austin Cooper (usher), Joan Cooper (flowers), and Etta Levitt (Zoom usher).

Concerns:

+Joan C. would like prayers for her friend, Barbara, following surgery.

+We pray for those dealing with loss or struggling.

+We continue to offer our prayers for the peoples of Haiti and Afghanistan.

+ We pray for those continuing to be impacted by the ongoing pandemic.

+Prayers are asked for those affected by the extremes of weather-related events including drought, fire, flooding, and hurricanes.

+We join with people across the USA in mourning the deaths of 247 people due to gun violence last week.
