December 20 @ St. Paul's UMC: Prayers

Joys:

+We give thanks for yesterday's Winter Fest and for everyone in the neighborhood who brought food (and for Gary & Brenda S. for delivering the food) to share with EFAA. 
+We give thanks for this week's birthdays: Ann A., Pastor Charles, & Peg F. 
+Belinda gives thanks for the Covid-19 vaccines!
+Louise C. give thanks for the music offered by the bells.
+Sally O. is thankful for their grandson, Riley's birthday.
+Dave B. is thankful for the vaccine given to Jackie and nephew, Ben.
+Tim C. is thankful that Billy has passed Organic Chemistry with an A!
+Rebecca G. is thankful for her sister's successful chemo treatments.
+Sally O. is thankful that her daughter-in-law, Alice, is improving with good health news.    
+We are blessed this morning through the musical ministries of the Anthem Aires (postlude), Rebecca G. (song leader), Jubilante Ringers (prelude/anthem), and Christopher W. (piano). We were also blessed by Belinda A. (video), Tim & Sandi C. (Advent Wreath), Scott Glancy (slides), and Bob M. (liturgist).

+Angela B. asks prayers for her friend, Tim, who is in the hospital.
+Amy A. asks prayers for her friend,, Joanie Y. who is having surgery this week.
+Amy A. lifts up the Rich family following the death of a niece last week.
+Louise C. asks continued prayers for her niece/nephew who are recovering from Covid.
+Dave B. lifts up in prayer Jackie who is having minor complications from the vaccine.
+Bob M. asks continued prayers for his dad who is going to spend time with Bob's brother.
+Skippy R. asks prayers for Linda B. who is back in the hospital.
+Lorie C. lifts up her friend, Karrie, who is having health concerns.
+Jason C. asks prayers for his friend, Kris S. who is going through chemo.
+Steve M. asks prayers for Michele who is under the weather.
+Pastor Charles asks prayers for the Rev. Shannon Mayfield, a pastor in our Conference in Montana, who has entered hospice care.
+We lift up in prayer those facing a Covid-19 related illness, those supporting them, and those who are providing treatment. 
+We ask prayers for those facing economic uncertainty in the face of the ongoing pandemic.
