December 4 @ St. Paul's UMC: Announcements


+Please help us spread the word about the
 Advent/Christmas devotional   entries that can be found on the St. Paul's blog and on our Facebook page, @boulderstpauls. Print copies are still available on the usher's table.

+Church Directory Update: We will be updating the church     directory soon. If you have any changes to the current listing, please send an email to the church office at this link

+Support for EFAA's holiday gift program by visiting www.efaa.org. Gifts can be brought to St. Paul's by December 9 (this coming Friday) and then we'll deliver then to EFAA. 

+Breakfast Fellowship will next meet on Saturday, December 10, at 8:00 a.m. at Doug’s Diner (2574 Baseline Road, Basemar Shopping Center). No reservations necessary!

+The annual Mitten Tree collection is taking place at St. Paul's through next Sunday, December 11. Contact Claudia with any questions.

+If you or someone you know is hurting this Christmas season, Broomfield UMC invites you to come to a special worship service, When Christmas Hurts, Thursday, December 15, at 7:00 PM in the Chapel. (545 W 10th Ave, Broomfield).

+Mountain View UMC is offering its annual Service of Light and Hope (often known as Blue Christmas or Longest Night) on December 20 @ 7:00 PM which will be a quiet and contemplative service with candles and beautiful music in the chapel area of the Sanctuary. It is open to all who feel the need for a safe place to take a breath during this season and is sponsored by Mountain View’s Care Team. 

+Make plans now to attend our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day worship services. Our Christmas Eve service will be at 4:00 PM on Saturday with both in-person and Zoom options. Our Christmas Day service will be by Zoom only at the normal time (10:15 AM).

+You are invited to include the gift of life in your Christmas gift-giving this year. Vitalant will hold a blood donation drive at St. Paul’s UMC (Franz Hall) on December 27, 11:00 AM–3:00 PM. There are 34 available appointment slots. To sign up to be a donor in the Vitalant blood drive schedule online at this link or call 303-363-2300. Use donor code 10397. All donors will receive a Vitalant Winter Donor long-sleeved t-shirt and a $10 Amazon gift card.
